Don't follow the signs for the WELCOME center because you will enter the wrong gate and need to turn around to travel several more miles to locate the VISITOR center. Signs on roads are unclear on how to get to the visitor's center. You must do your homework to locate the route to the visitor's center to get a pass to gain entrance to the area.
